Ruth Blackwell of Juneau is an alaska realtor who was named the 2003 realtor of the Year. Ruth has been very active as an alaska realtor in the southeast having served as Secretary and Treasurer of the board in 1982; President in 1993 and as Vice President in 2003. She was also honored as recipient of the Southeast real estate agent of the Year in 1996 and again in 2001.
