It validates all our hard work, and we want to thank you in advance for participating. Let your friends know about our company and actually make money doing it! It's a great way to supplement your income and all it requires is a little effort from the comfort of your home or office.
The Program
For every person you refer to our company you will receive $250.00 after their loan "closes and funds". It's our way of saying thanks for your confidence in our company.

| 1. | What is the Evergreen Refer-A-Friend Program?
Under the Evergreen Refer-A-Friend program, members can earn money for each person they refer to our company who completes a loan application that results in a "closed" loan.

| 2. | How much do I earn for referring a friend as part of the Refer-A-Friend Program?
A participating member will earn $250.00 for each person who completes an application that results in a closed loan and that satisfies all the program requirements. All referrals must convert to a sale or be "closed and funded loan" to receive a reward fee.

| 3. | What are the conditions that applicants must meet so that I can earn the $250.00 referral fee?
An applicant must complete a full mortgage loan application and the loan must successfully "close" and "fund." The referral fee will then be mailed to you within 30 days of loan funding. It is usually mailed on the next scheduled company payday after closing.

| 4. | Where should my friend enter my e-mail address, indicating that I referred them to Evergreen?
Your friend should enter your e-mail address in the co-borrower e-mail box on the loan application. If you are faxing the client worksheet back to Evergreen make certain your name appears as the loan officer with your e-mail address included. It is also a good idea to have your "friend" mention to their loan officer how he/she found our company.

The referral fee will be mailed to you within 30 days of loan funding or closing.

| 6. | Is there a limit to the number of applicants I can refer?
No. Currently there is no limit to the number of applicants you may refer to Evergreen. As the long as the applicant you refer meets all the program requirements you will earn the $250.00 referral reward.

| 7. | How do I know how many people I have referred to Evergreen?
Referring members who have applicants with pending loans are kept on file. At this time you must e-mail dwightd@evergreenalaska.com and ask for a status or call
907-457-5834. Be certain when e-mailing to place "refer a friend status" in the subject heading. Once you have signed our standard contract for "referral originators" you will have access to our database to "track" or monitor the number and progress of your referrals.

They will be entered into our database so the participant can receive our
company newsletters. They may ask to be removed at any time.

Evergreen Pacific Services is a company committed to finding the lowest fees and best interest rates available. Just go to www.moneyalaska.com and click on "apply online". Or call 1-877-633-5834. Don't forget to enter my e-mail address under co-borrower on the application so I'll be eligible to earn $250.00 through the Evergreen Refer-A-Friend Program. You can also start earning rewards by calling Evergreen or visiting their website for details. Meanwhile please complete an application on my behalf and I thank you in advance. In appreciation for the time you are spending Evergreen will deduct $200.00 off closing costs. |
Program Rules and Guidelines
Program:
Referring members may earn a one-time bounty or reward fee for each person they refer that successfully "closes and funds" a loan with Evergreen. It is important that referral members have participants (or friends they refer) place their e-mail addresses in the co-borrower section of the loan application. Example: when a person completes an application they will place their own e-mail address in the borrower section and the referral members e-mail address in the co-borrower section. Once you begin sending participants to our office you will be required to fill-out a "net branch" contract before payment will be sent to you via mail. To get a copy of the contract go to www.moneyalaska.com, click on the employment opportunities button, print and mail back to our office the net branch contract. Be certain to circle "referral originator". You will not be paid until the "Net Branch" contract has been returned to Evergreen in its entirety.
Referral Process
You can sign up under the "Refer-A-Friend" program by going to our website and completing the "net branch" contract for referral originators on the employment opportunities page. You may also begin to send business to Evergreen under this program by signing up on our Refer-A-Friend membership page. A New Member may only sign up once and is responsible for checking with Evergreen via e-mail or phone call to ensure all the necessary documents are on file. No checks will sent until all documents have been verified and approved by Evergreen. Employees (and family members) of Evergreen Pacific Services Mortgage Company are not eligible to participate in the Refer-A-Friend program.
Reward Fee
The amount of the one time fee, reward, or bounty payable for each New Member or Referral Originator who sends prospective applicants to our website is $250.00 for each applicant. The prospective borrower must send our company a mortgage application and the loan must close and fund. No payment will be made to a Refer-A-Friend Member if the person referred to as a "participant or applicant" is unable or unwilling to complete the loan process.

Evergreen may, in its sole discretion, discontinue or alter any as

Any changes to this agreement will be posted on the Evergreen Website as soon as possible. Please check periodically for changes. Evergreen may terminate or suspend your participation in the Refer-A-Friend program at any time. Warranty Disclaimer; Limitations; Indemnification
Except as expressly indicated otherwise, Evergreen hereby disclaims statutory or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall Evergreen Pacific Services be liable or obligated under this agreement whether under contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory, for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business, or in amounts in excess of the amount payable by Evergreen to a referring member hereunder. Referring member shall defend, indemnify and hold Evergreen Pacific Services and successors and assigns harmless from and against all claims, suits and proceedings and all damages, liabilities costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees and costs) incurred by Evergreen as a result of any and all such claims, suits and proceedings arising from Referring Members Actions. The Refer-A-Friend Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska without regard to conflicts of laws provisions thereof. In the event that any of the provisions of the Refer-A-Friend Program shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this program shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. A full "net branch contract" must be signed and returned to Evergeen before any payments are rendered.
