Winter Doesn't Have to Put a Halt to Home Buying and Refinancing in
Alaska, Says Evergreen Pacific Services Mortgage Company

Alaskans-especially those in isolated areas-may put their home buying
and refinancing plans on hold until late spring or summer, when
travel to and from prospective new homes and mortgage brokers is
